folk - people, nation, family
The history of Folk cheese began in 1991. Six years later, we set up our own factory, specializing entirely in the production of processed cheese - when you're good at something, you dedicate yourself to it. Today the plant in the village of Vranyak meets all EU standards as well as the quality certificate ISO 22000: 2005. The traditional Bulgarian taste of Folk cheese has been enjoyed by both locals and foreigners, all the way to the Far East.
